Massage runs through every facial
Every facial covers head, neck and shoulder massage as much as the booking allows. Want something more targeted, like the eyes, jaw or temples? Say so at the start: we shape the session around the time you booked. You will not sit idle through a clay mask, steamer or LED. That time is used for massage, so you are never left just lying there.
The signature
Sensitive, breakout-prone, oily and ageing skin can all take either of these. Which one is decided from your skin in the room, not at booking. The treatment runs on ISOV professional serums and essences: centella, collagen and others, matched to your skin on the day. All products come through local Australian suppliers.

The massage is not an add-on
Head, neck and shoulder massage runs through every facial, as much as the booking allows. If you want a targeted area, tell us at the start and we shape the session around the time you booked. Clay mask, steamer and LED time is massage time: you are not left waiting.

You do not have to pick the variant
Several sessions offer two or three directions. You can tell us what you want, but you do not need to decide: we look at your skin on the day and choose.

What we use
ISOV for most of the professional steps, with SkinCeuticals on its own three, plus B5, Cell Fusion C and La Roche-Posay. All bought through Australian suppliers, and we will tell you what went on your face.

Afterwards
Skin can look a little pink for an hour, then settles. Wear SPF and keep your routine gentle for a day or two. Tell us about allergies or recent treatments before we start, not after.
What the ozone step does
Ozone steam opens the session on nearly everything we do. It works on the bacteria and mites that sit behind congestion, takes the heat out of inflamed skin, and handles oil without leaving you tight and stripped afterwards.
Kate's own skin is reactive, so this one gets tried on the hardest case in the room first. What she notices afterwards is less of the dryness and less of the flushing that usually follow a facial. That is one person's skin rather than a promise about yours, but it is why the step stayed.
Why blackheads need a plan
Hydrafacial and acid peels help with oil and how open pores look. They do not empty a pore that is already packed. Those still look dirty on the surface, so the nose and chin need a careful hand clean as well.
One clear-out is not enough if oil keeps filling the pore. Ask for a short treatment plan: acids or other pore-focused steps between visits so the clean lasts longer.
What face and eye release do
Screens keep the face working when you do not notice: jaw clenched, temples tight, eyes locked forward. That quiet holding builds up over the day.
Professional Chinese-style face and eye release works those small muscles down slowly. The aim is not a dramatic crack, but a face that lets go, so tension headaches and eye strain have less to cling to.
